We can make a wide range of custom products both large and small, based on our customers’ designs. Coupling our industrial fiber laser and metal forming equipment, WiFAB is a turnkey manufacturer for prototypes, short runs, and production runs of 2-D and formed parts. Having the ability to offer quality, repetitive parts out of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass, and copper sets us apart from competitors.
WiFAB has served customers in steel mill production, recycling, industrial cleaning and maintenance equipment manufacturing. In connection with this history, WiFAB provides unique solutions for the recycling and industrial cleaning industries; parts that are built to withstand daily abuse, high pressures, and harsh chemicals. Utilizing our expert welding and fabrication capabilities, we build custom components for our partners according to their needs, as well as offer our services to repair parts and equipment. Our facility houses state-of-the-art and reliable equipment to cut, form, weld, and finish any part big or small.
Some of our smaller fabricated products include ditching and cribbing buckets, thumbs and bucket/thumb combos for backhoes, excavators, and other heavy equipment, all with custom dimensions to meet the needs of our partners, including names like Norfolk Southern and CSX. Our custom products are compatible with several of the largest construction equipment manufacturers in the U.S., such as CASE, Jon Deere, Ford, and more, offering our services to fabricate these custom, extra heavy-duty equipment parts, as well as to repair damaged equipment and manufacture replacement parts for end-users.
We can accommodate any project no matter how large it might be. Industrial and construction equipment can often require much larger metal components than the average fabrication shop can handle–but not us. We are well known for our ability to take on large welding and metal fabrication needs, from industrial chassis and large custom weldments, to guards, control panels and consoles, electrical boxes, and various bins.
