ZACHARY STRONG
DIVISION PRESIDENT OF WELDING IMPROVEMENT
Zachary Strong is the Division President, as well as an owner and director of Welding Improvement, and has been with the company since 2021. Zachary’s Masters of Science in Geology has provided him with a strong background in Oil & Gas and machine operations and technical orientation.
ANTHONY K CARMELO
DIVISION PRESIDENT OF WiCOM SERVICES
Anthony K Carmelo is an owner of Welding Improvement, and has been the director of WiCOM Services for over ten years. He has multifaceted knowledge of tower and cell site construction, as well as the technical expertise necessary for cell site equipment, project management and customer communication. Anthony has worked in telecommunications construction for over twenty years, with ten years of onsite field experience and two years of project management for a Fortune 100 company.
JOHN ANDERSON
CFO
John Anderson is an owner of Welding Improvement and the CFO. He oversees administrative and financial functions for both of the Welding Improvement divisions, WiFAB Services and WiCOM Services. John is a CPA in addition to a B.S. degree in Accounting, and he has worked in the wireless industry for thirty years. In addition to having served as a business for two decades and his strong administrative and financial background, John has extensive experience in wireless and tower construction.
MICHAEL SCOTT STRONG
FOUNDER AND VICE PRESIDENT
Michael Scott Strong is a founder and vice president of Welding Improvement, and has been an owner of Welding Improvement for twenty years. He has over thirty years of history in wireless communications, structural steel and fabrication, and manufacturing for the wireless and tower industries.
JOE BELL
ESTIMATOR
Joe Bell has been the Estimator for Welding Improvement for nearly two years. Starting in the cut shop as a band saw operator over 7 years ago, Joe has since worked and gained skill over several positions, including shipping and receiving, press brake operator, becoming the operator of our brand new Fiber Laser, and finally settling in as our lead Estimator. Not only does he provide estimates on purchases and materials, he also is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and excellent at forming and maintaining relationships with our customers and vendors. In his spare time, Joe is a family man and a competitive archer, and enjoys spending his time in the great outdoors.
ASHLEY DAILEY
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Ashley Daily is Welding Improvement’s administrative assistant, whose organizational skills have been a great asset to the company, helping out and overseeing a little bit of everything around the shop. In addition to being an excellent leader in the company, she’s also a big fan of the movie ‘Nightmare Before Christmas’.
