CNC AND CONVENTIONAL MACHINING
In order to better meet the needs of our customers, we have continually expanded our machining capabilities to include new automated equipment for CNC machining, adding to our in-house conventional machining operations. Having a variety of automated and manual machines has not only expanded the variety of services that we can offer, but also our production capacity. Our state-of-the-art CNC equipment is excellent for efficient machining and quick turnaround times, while our conventional machining equipment is perfect for projects that require the guidance of our professional operators.
WiFAB’s MACHINE SHOP
Our in-house machine shop has equipment for both machining and finishing, and our machine operators are cross trained for all equipment. The shop’s capabilities include vertical and horizontal milling, cutting, compressing, horizontal boring, and conventional milling. We also have a hydraulic press and a brake press for metal forming. WiFAB can also accommodate larger steel pieces as well, including angles, pipes, plates and flat bar, which we currently fabricate to support the telecom industry through our field division, WiCOM.
For finishing, we offer in-house painting, as well as powder coating and galvanizing services through trusted and local third-party companies. Just let us know what your project requires.
